12/15/08 11:28 amAre They Really Cutting Jobs at City Hall?I was talking to someone over the weekend who said she's getting laid off from her City Hall job. When I offered my sympathy, she added that it's only for 60 days, then she gets transferred to somebody else's job. And that person will also be shifted somewhere else.
